I will be teaching the SOYA (South Okanagan Yoga Academy) curriculum once it is revamped, which I am absolutely crazy about. It is a beautiful Classical Hatha yoga curriculum, rich with philosophy, meditation techniques and all the skills and confidence you will need to start offering classes of your own or to deepen your practice! I am so blessed to be sharing Mugs McConnell's material, as she has spent a lifetime practicing, learning and sharing the wisdom she has bestowed unto her!
